But where is the flag?

Solution:

Given the challenge category was Stego and the provided file was a WAV the first thing I tried was viewing the audio's spectrogram in Sonic Visualizer.

To replicate my steps, load the file in Sonic Visualizer then select the menu option, Pane->Add Spectrogram->All Channels Mixed.
